These terms cover your use of Fogless at fogless.pages.dev and any Fogless Pro subscription you buy. By using Fogless you agree to them.

What Fogless is

Fogless is a self-tracking tool: a quit counter, a brain check, an urge timer and a craving log. It is not medical care, it does not diagnose or treat any condition, and it does not replace a doctor, counselor or treatment program. Brain check scores are rough self-comparisons that also change with practice, sleep and many other things. If you drink heavily every day or take benzodiazepines, talk to a doctor before you stop.

Your data

Your tracking data is stored in your browser on your device, as described in the privacy page. You are responsible for keeping a backup. We cannot recover data that is deleted from your device.

Fogless Pro

• Pro costs $4.99 per month or $29 per year in US dollars, billed by Stripe at the start of each period until you cancel. Prices can change; we will not change the price of a period you have already paid for.
• Cancel anytime from the link in your receipt email or at the billing portal. Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for, and you will not be charged again.
• Refunds: if Pro did not work for you, email fogless.support@gmail.com within 14 days of a charge and we will refund it.
• Pro is tied to the browser where you bought it. If you switch devices, email us with your receipt and we will help you move it.

Fair use

Do not try to break, overload or copy the service, or use it to harm anyone.

No warranty and limits

Fogless is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for Pro in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change matters to Pro subscribers, we will say so on this page before it takes effect.
